(1641-1710)

Giovanni Francesco Castiglione (1641-1710) was an Italian painter, and draughtsman, son of Giovanni Benedetto, whose work he imitated. Trained by and followed his father; then worked in Mantua for the Gonzaga; returned to Genoa in 1708.
